Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all push pop bubble fidget toys purchased through toymilo.com. We are committed to your full satisfaction with every purchase, and handle all return requests in accordance with US federal and New York state consumer protection regulations.
Return Window
We accept returns and full refund requests within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to process a refund or exchange for your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a full refund, your returned pop bubble toy must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original, unopened retail packaging.
- You must provide a valid order number or official proof of purchase.
- Items with signs of wear, water damage, intentional damage, missing accessories or altered packaging are not eligible for return.
Returns submitted without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@toymilo.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and its full packaging.
- Our team will review your request within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
- Securely pack the item in its original box, attach the provided label, and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Return Shipping Fees
- Defective or damaged items: If the product has manufacturing defects, or was damaged during carrier shipping, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Buyer’s remorse returns: If you return the item due to change of mind, wrong style selection or other personal reasons, a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your current product for a refund, then place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.
