This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on toymilo.com, and outlines our order fulfillment, delivery and tracking practices for our push pop bubble fidget toys within the United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing includes payment verification, product quality inspection and secure packaging of your fidget toys. You will receive an automatic order confirmation email shortly after your purchase is completed.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

All orders are shipped directly from our domestic fulfillment warehouse in Cohocton, New York.
  • Standard domestic shipping: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch for all addresses within the contiguous United States.
  • Total estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 business days from order placement to doorstep delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by extreme weather, carrier operational delays, peak holiday seasons or other unforeseen external factors. We will notify you via email if any significant delay occurs with your shipment.

Shipping Cost & Tax

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States, with no hidden handling or delivery fees.
  • Applicable New York state and local sales tax will be automatically calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address, in full compliance with US tax regulations.
  • No customs duties apply for domestic US shipments.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can check real-time delivery status through the carrier link in the email, or contact our support team for manual tracking assistance.
